Baby #3 Update
On Monday, Jaime and I went in for our next ultrasound and was so excited to see that heartbeat once again! My doctor said that everything still looked good and Im anxious to make it through the rest of the first tri-mester with no signs of miscarrying. I know, after week 12, the risks decrease greatly. Im currently about 10 1/2 weeks now and have been given the due date of August 28th! Please keep sending prayers for me and this little one as we keep moving forward!

4th Month
Happy 4 months, Brooklyn bear!
You have had an active and fun time lately! Today, we went to see Dr. Smith for your well check and those dreaded shots. As always, you got nothing but a good report and were a champ! Here are all your recent stats:
-wear size 1 diapers
-in 3 month or some 3-6 month clothing
-weigh 13lbs. 5oz (about average percentile) and are 23 inches long (10th percentile)
-nurse every 2-3 hours
-started cereal
-sleep anywhere from 9:30pm to sometime between 6:30 and 8:00am
-roll from your back to your tummy
-grin and giggle constantly
-rarely spit up, unlike your sister when she was a baby
-trying to grab at and hold onto toys
You are a wonderful baby! I find myself being extremely patient with you (probably more so than I ever was with your sister as a baby). I don't have much to complain about to begin with. Im blessed with good babies. But even when you are fussy or I am tired, I remind myself of everything I went through to get you here and all the pregnancies I lost. That will usually change my outlook on things, quickly!

3 months old!
My sweet Brooklyn is 3 months old today! Each day with her is such a joy and she is a great baby! This morning we took our monthly picture in the recliner:
Oh, that smile melts my heart everytime!
Here are your 3 month stats:
~wearing size 1 diapers
~size 0-3, 3 month clothes
~smile all the time and you are even starting to giggle
~enjoy laying on a blanket on the floor kicking your feet. I even caught you trying to roll on your side once.
~have really great head control (just like your sister) and are very strong
~you are a great eater. You prefer breast milk by far and will take it in a bottle (the Dr. Brown kind) so that daddy can feed you. You eat about every two hours during the day to store up. Then you sleep through the night!! You usually go down between 9:30-10:30 and don't wake up again until somewhere between 5:30-7.
~bath time is one of your favorite things
We love you so much, sweet girl. I couldn't imagine life without you!
